Après 2 ans et demi d'attente, nous sommes de retour au Relais de Marambaïa. Une belle découverte en 2019, confirmée par ce second séjour. Le charme opère à nouveau, et la petite pépite tient ses promesses. Le lieu est atypique, convivial, et offre un refuge apaisant en dehors des sentiers battus. Ici c'est un peu Rio « Carinho » comme un délicieux bonbon qu'on ne se lasse pas de savourer. Les plaisirs de la table sont aussi de la partie : la carte de restauration s'est étoffée, de même que celle des vins, et on voyage d'Europe à l'Amérique du Sud avec délice. L'accueil et la disponibilité d'une équipe aux petits soins : c'est incontestablement un plus !!! Chapeau bas donc à Niki, Vincent, Claudio, Giulia, Ramon, Letizia, May, Catya, Bruno, Luzinho et Angela. Ils veulent vous faire plaisir, tout simplement ... et participent à imprimer l' âme de l'endroit. Personnaliser le service et la relation, voilà la clef ! Repas en chambre sur la terrasse, dîner romantique aux chandelles ou détente autour de la piscine, aménagement des espaces et décoration des chambres, on est loin du formatage traditionnel des hébergements de chaînes. Mention spéciale pour le SPA qui a fait l'objet d'une belle rénovation, sans compter les talents de Taina ... on s'y sent comme un poisson dans le bain de jouvence des tortues. Jamais 2 sans 3, on reviendra !!!

O lugar é lindo mas o quarto, embora tenha reservado o melhor do local, não atendeu bem. Um ar condicionado parou de funcionar, as cortinas não vedam devidamente a claridade. Achei o quarto com aspecto velho.

Nous avons passé un inoubliable séjour dans ce relais magnifique. Après de délicieux cocktails au bord de la piscine nous avons pu nous faire masser avec vue sur mer et les quelques tortues venues faire le spectacle. Nous avons continué cette belle journée par un dîner romantique aux chandelles sur notre balcon, la vue sur mer est à couper le souffle la cuisine y est excellente, le petit déjeuner est donc aussi un pur délice. Ce week-end au relais de marambaia a été un moment suspendu dans le temps … idyllique. Merci aux propriétaires et à toute leur super équipe pour toute cette attention aux détails, leur disponibilité leur gentillesse. Je recommande cet endroit à tous ceux qui ont envie d un moment de détente exceptionnel a seulement 1h de Rio.

Excellent séjour dans cette pousada de charme très bien décorée avec un accueil très agréable des managers francophones et de leur équipe toujours à l’écoute et très souriants. Les chambres sont très grandes et belles, donnant sur un paysage magnifique, parfaites pour admirer la nature -notamment les tortues de mer - et les couchers de soleil. Spa et massages d’excellente qualité, dîners romantiques et cocktails, piscine et bains de soleil très agréables : rien ne manque pour un séjour enchanteur hors du temps et se ressourcer à une heure de Rio. Nous recommandons vivement !

I rarely submit a review but I’d rather save someone from this bad experience.
Unfortunately my experience was terrible and probably the worst place I’ve stayed at.
This place shouldn’t be displayed as hotel.
I ended up leaving before my check out date, as well as 2 other guests. It Took almost 2 hrs to have a meal. Staff nowhere to be found.
Roaches in the dinning room. Roaches in the spa. Roaches in the shower. Dirty property throughout (upholstery, floors, stairs, doors, glass and windows throughout …) Stained pillows. Mold in shower heads. Broken doors hanging from 1 hinge... on top of this the electricity went off (88 degrees) and not a single

Não houve estadia! Reservei, paguei, me desloquei e ao chegar ao local, fui informado que minha reserva não procedia pois já havia uma reserva para o mesmo hotel/quarto! Tive a decepção de voltar para casa com a minha família depois de 2 horas de ida mais 2 horas de volta, com uma criança de 3 anos frustrada dentro do carro!! Parabéns aos envolvidos

POSITIVES
Absolutely beautiful view from the room. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff in the kitchen/servers were so kind to our son. Wifi did not work in our room but staff went above and beyond to have it repaired for us.
NEGATIVES
A bit awkward at check in. It appeared staff did not know we had a reservation and I had to prove/show our reservation email several times on my phone which was not the smoothest check in after a long day of travel.
